Howdy all, Johnny here.
With all the snow here in West Michigan, there are days you notice "special features" of previously enjoyed autos (aka beater cars, rolling junk heaps and so on). Johnny noticed one of those aforementioned special features just the other day.
I was driving along one of our scenic backroads when I hit a nice thick drift, only to have a fairly large plume of powder white explode next to me inside the car. Hmm. It would appear Johnny's floor boards might be a lil more shot than previously thought.
So until I get the old beast thawed out, I will offer this ugly but effective solution; I sprayed some expanding foam insulation into the hole, then slapped a cookie sheet from good will on the floor over the formerly gaping hole (a whole quarter in cost!). Once it cured, I shaved off the excess foam with a spare steak knife. Then I put in my floor mats to hold it in, and continued down the road.
Hey, at least I didn't use duct tape this time!
Keep it between the ditches, Johnny out!
